What's on your card

Your card pulls most of its information straight from your company's Microsoft 365 directory, refreshed once a day.

From the directory (not editable by you)

Display name, first and last name, job title, department, email, office phone, mobile phone, office location, and your profile photo all come from Microsoft 365. The directory always wins: if your IT admin updates one of these in Microsoft 365, your card updates at the next sync. You cannot override your name on your personal card — that's intentional, so nobody can impersonate someone else.

What you (or your admin) can fill in

If the directory doesn't have a value for mobile phone, office location, or job title, you — or your client admin — can fill that one in yourself. The moment the directory does have a value, it takes over again.

From your company (not from you)

Your company name, website, logo, and brand colors come from your company's CardLink settings, not from your individual profile.

Your photo

Your card uses your Microsoft 365 / Entra profile photo. If you need to update it, change it the same way you'd change it anywhere else tied to your Microsoft account — it will reach your card at the next sync.
