Template availability and specials

Not every template is available to every company — and some are only around for a limited time.

What you'll see

In the admin console, you'll only see templates that have actually been made available to your company. Some are available all the time; others are seasonal specials with a note on how long they're around. When a special's window closes, it quietly drops out of what you (or your employees) can newly pick — no error, it just stops being offered.

A card already using a special keeps it

If an employee picked a seasonal template before it expired, their card keeps using it — expiry only affects new choices, never a card that's already set.

What employees see

Employees only ever choose from what you've offered them (see Managing templates) — and that list automatically reflects availability, so you don't have to manually remove something that's expired.
