Signing in as an MSP admin
MSP admin sign-in is different from a client admin's — it doesn't use Microsoft sign-in.
Getting started
You'll receive an invitation link, either from CAD staff or from a teammate who's already an MSP admin for your company. Opening it lets you set a password and scan a QR code to set up an authenticator app.
Every time after that
Sign in with your email, your password, and the current six-digit code from your authenticator app. One account covers every client company you've been assigned — there's no separate authorization step per client.
Open the admin console →If CAD suspends your MSP, none of your team can sign in until it's reinstated.
