Employee portal tour
Sign in with your Microsoft work account to reach your portal — one page with everything you can manage yourself.

| My Cards | Your own card plus any active aliases. Choose which one is Primary (what shares by default), and edit the fields you're allowed to. |
| Devices | Add a physical NFC card or badge, point it at one of your cards, label it, and switch a lost one off (or back on). |
| Shared Mailboxes | Claim or release a shared mailbox, and pick that mailbox's template. |
| Card Template | Pick your own card's template from what your admin has made available, with live previews. |
| Admin | Only shown if you're an admin for your company. Grant or revoke admin access for a teammate, and jump into the admin console. Every company must always have at least one admin. |
Signing out of the portal also signs you out of Microsoft in that browser.
