Analytics
An Analytics view shows how your cards are actually being used, scoped to your own company (or, for an MSP, every company you manage).
What it shows
- Card views over time, with a daily chart
- Your most-viewed cards
- Cards that haven't been opened at all in the period — useful for spotting a card nobody's actually using
- A breakdown by device and by place (country/city)
- Employee portal activity — sign-ins, template choices, mailbox claims, and similar self-service actions
What it doesn't show
No visitor names or email addresses are shown — this is view counts and patterns, not individual visitor tracking. Link previews and bots (the kind of automated request a messaging app makes when generating a link preview) aren't counted by default, so the numbers reflect real opens.
Where to find it
Client admins see an Analytics tab on their company's page in the admin console. MSP/reseller admins have their own Analytics page covering every client they manage. Tables can be exported to CSV.
